If you're being bullied it can be helpful to
talk to an adult you can trust, so they can help it to stop. Some people find a
teacher they can confide in, other people choose a parent or a relative. Here are a few things you could do to help yourself and help the bullying to stop:
-Try to look calm and/or remain calm during this situation. Often times bullies look for emotions and expressions whidh makes them want to continue.
-Think about where/ when the bullying occurs? Are there any ways you can avoid this area or those people?
- Join clubs. Take self defense classes or martial arts. If worst comes to worst you'll have to defend yourself if the bullying intensifies.
-If they are sending you messages via email or text threatening your life, save them and show authorities that way they can settle it.
I hope anybody who is a victim of bullying will find these few tips helpful in anyway.
It
can be helpful to talk to an adult you can trust, so they can
help it to stop. Some people find a teacher they can confide in,
other people choose a parent or a relative. You can also phone
places like ChildLine, (0800-1111) for advice or support. ChildLine
is there to listen, to help you talk about anything you need
to. Your call will be confidential unless they think that you
or someone else is in danger or at risk of harm. You can call
from a home phone, mobile or phone box, and the calls are free. The
number won’t show up on bills if you are phoning from a mobile or
home phone, so nobody will know that you have called. If you don’t
feel that you can talk to any of these people, you could look at

Educating children about being bullied and how to react or respond to it is very thoughtful. Children need to know that there are people who care. Even though we may not know them personally most times we may have been bullied or know of someone who has. Thanks for the insight.
