What Is Bullying?

Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among children and/or adults. This behavior normally doesn't happen just once and often time is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated over time. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose. Although bullying can be physical and verbal, it can also be sexual and emotional. There is no such thing as 'accidentally bullying' someone. Bullying is very deliberate and done on purpose to cause some form of harm upon ones life.
